Today, we’re announcing an important leadership change at Onde. 

After 14 years as CEO, Eugene Suslo is moving to a new role on the Board of Directors, and Martin Gallardo is stepping in as the company’s new CEO.

This marks the start of a new chapter as we continue growing together with our partners.

A Message from Eugene Suslo

After more than a decade leading Onde, Eugene is transitioning to the Board of Directors to continue supporting the company from a strategic role.

Over the years, Eugene helped build Onde into an advanced tech platform trusted by transportation businesses around the world. His work also shaped Onde’s culture, shifting its focus to long-term partnerships and customer success.

“I’m excited that this transition lets me stay closely involved in Onde’s mission while Martin drives the company ahead,” Eugene shared.
