We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join our journey 🚀
We expect:
- Proven experience scaling a tech company through the $10M–$100M ARR journey - and deep understanding of what breaks at each stage
- Experience building or scaling financial products: payments, wallets, lending, insurance
- Strong track record in regulated industries while maintaining product-led growth
- Experience structuring and closing debt financing deals
- Ability to work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers - speaking their language and pushing back when needed
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

- Lead and evolve the company’s overall financial strategy
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Own the P&L of Onde Finance, our embedded fintech platform for drivers
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making at leadership level
- Contribute directly to company-wide strategic decisions
