About Playfood:

We are developing a SaaS food delivery platform that powers the entire business cycle for our partners. You will be designing a multi-layered ecosystem:

• Customer-Facing Apps: B2C Web & Mobile applications
• Restaurant Apps: B2B tools for order management and kitchen workflows (Web & Mobile)
• Partner/Admin Web Interface: The "brain" of the SaaS platform. A complex interface for business administration, analytics, and system configuration (Web)
• Courier App: We utilize a partner’s ready-made Courier solution from our partner

Core Responsibilities:

• Product Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to the Product Manager, refining requirements and transforming business goals into functional user-centered solutions
• End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from initial discovery, wireframes, and complex user flows to high-fidelity UI for Web and Mobile (iOS/Android)
• System Thinking: Ability to design holistic ecosystems. You think in terms of logic, states, and dependencies, not just static screens
• Development Sync: Work hand-in-hand with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality implementation (Design Review/Handover)
• Prototyping: Build clickable prototypes to validate complex logic and workflows before they hit development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products (Web & Mobile)
• Portfolio is mandatory: We are looking for a portfolio that demonstrates real-world experience with both Web and Mobile (iOS/Android) applications. Please include cases showing your design process and logic
• Figma Mastery: Expert-level knowledge (Auto Layouts, Variables, Advanced Components)
• Logic-First Approach: Strong skills in creating User Flows, Scenarios, and Information Architecture for multi-step processes
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to Product Manager and Developers

Nice to Have:

• B2B/SaaS Experience: Proven ability to design complex dashboards, administrative tools, or data-heavy interfaces
• An interest in Research: A desire to learn and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitive research to validate hypotheses
• A drive for Analytics: An interest in using data to understand user behavior and improve product metrics
• Evidence-Based Approach: A shift from "visual intuition" toward making decisions based on user feedback and business KPIs
• Proactive Discovery: A willingness to join the product discovery phase to help define what we build, not just how it looks
