We’ve improved how pricing is displayed across the Customer and Driver apps to make order details easier to understand at every stage.
- VAT and additional fees are now shown consistently
- Coupon discounts are visible in all relevant order views
- Price breakdown remains clear from trip completion to order history

More flexible custom driver document setup
Partners using custom driver documents can now define default values for text fields as part of the document configuration. Frequently used or standardized information can now be pre-filled in selected fields during setup.

This gives partners more flexibility when configuring custom driver documents, reduces repetitive manual input, and helps keep driver data consistent across registrations.
For Saudi Arabia partners: Automatic driver blocking based on WASL status
For partners operating in Saudi Arabia, driver access can now be automatically managed based on WASL status.
- Drivers are automatically restricted from receiving new orders if their WASL status is invalid ("ineligible")
- Access is restored when the status switches to "eligible" again

This keeps your platform aligned with regulatory requirements without manual intervention, reducing compliance risks and operational overhead.
More flexible driver plan durations
We’ve expanded the available options for driver plan durations with:
- 90 days
- 180 days
- 360 days

Sound alerts for incoming orders in Operator App
Full access operators can now enable sound alerts for incoming orders from the Customer app in the Operator App.
Sound alerts can be configured based on:
- selected services
- instant orders
- preorders

This feature helps operators react faster to new customer orders, especially in businesses that rely on manual order assignment. It reduces the risk of missed orders and improves response times during busy periods. The feature is especially useful for small and medium-sized operations where one operator may be handling multiple tasks at once.

New role: Customer Wallet Manager
We’ve introduced a new merchant-level role in My hub, designed to give partners more control over access to customer wallet operations.
The Customer Wallet Manager role allows team members to:
- search customers by phone number
- adjust customer balances
- review transaction history
Why it matters:
This new role makes day-to-day wallet operations easier to delegate, helping teams process refunds and balance issues faster while maintaining clear responsibilities and stronger control over sensitive business data.
Fairer Driver Levels during leave and temporary inactivity
We’ve made Driver Levels calculations more consistent by excluding approved time away from work, such as vacations, sick leave, and document review periods, from performance statistics.
Why it matters:
Drivers are no longer penalized for temporary absences beyond their control. This helps partners maintain a fair and transparent driver incentive system while keeping level calculations accurate over time.
